Patterns in set releases?

So I was looking for patterns in the card scan lists to get a better idea on if there is a possibility of any of the Dragon Ex's to slip into the Dark Explorers set.

A major factor I take into consideration is the comparison to the HGSS sets and the # of primes they released in each set.

Every set had 6, besides Triumphant (8), the last of the HGSS. (not including COL because that's one of the worst expansion sets ever I don't even consider it a real set anymore..

Now with this being the start of the EX age again, I find it terribly hard to believe they would release 6 Pokemon EX in the Next Destinies expansion, then turn around and only release 4 Pokemon EX in the Dark Explorers expansion.

Now we can only speculate at this assumption, but it is fun to imagine what they could possibly sneak in along side of Darkrai, Tornadus, Entei, & Raikou.

Any thoughts?

Kyogre and Groudon.

Yeah, the confirmed EX's for Dark Explorers are Groudon, Darkrai, Tornadus, and Raikou. Because of Groudon and Raikou being in the set, we can assume Kyogre and Entei will show up as well. That's 6 EX's right there, where the August set (which we can assume as the Dragon set) will also need 6 EX's if there is a "pattern" going on.
