PSA is a card grading site. But, if it has card prices then they are way off. There wasnt one Salamance deck at Nationals in Masters. The card isnt good for anything except for collecting. You can ask almost anyone on pokebeach and they will tell you to use troll and toad.

is that yes or no then? and you must give your name,i dont want no WC one..i need your full name with your address so i can file mail fraud if i receive
