Well you don't know. Games have never been revealed fully (as far as I'm aware) by their company in order to gain more profit.

Let's assume they will gain profit of it, still.. Nintendo isn't revealing this. It are the people who are using ROMs and have hacked the games. Which you again all use as an arguement why Nintendo should allow us again to show in-game pictures.
 
Forgive me if I'm wrong, but bar the Isshu Pokemon list sprites and a few othes, most of the images were from the actual game? And the game coverage was of the game too, no?
 
I know that WPM and friends use a legit game for the coverage, but others might use the ROMs. Well I'm sure there are some who do use a ROM, but I've honestly no idea who. Anyway, all the clear images released so far are taken from ROMs, you can be sure about that.
 
Well, you don't know. The chances of Nintendo in succeeding this are very slim, but possibilities always exist. Why give up everything that has only a small chance of succeeding? You can always try. But again.. accusing the bigger sites for using ROM pictures is just a small step, it's at least better than nothing from Nintendo's point of view.
 
They should crack down on software that makes it impossible to make ROMS of it. WPM is probably very frustrated with it all. And all of you, you're on.
 
lol Pokequaza, it would be annoying if Nintendo got bored one day and did this: "Hey I know, since we're bored lets just take off all pictures of Pokemon Black and White and see how many Pokemon fans we can anger""
We still need like a thousand people signed up to actually get ninendo's attention
 
Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't it impossible to level up on the ROMs? Would that also make it impossible to even get pictures of pokemon other then the starters, and some on the 1st and 2nd routes? So wouldn't that mean that WPM wasn't using the ROM? Then I don't really get why Nintendo would even take the pictures down in the first place.
 
I'm not sure what the mods opinion on this will be. Maybe they'll let it stay open as long as there is no spam or hate directed at Nintendo.
 
Nintendo say it'll damage them. And WPM has the real thing, but Nintendo just wantto take all images off in case they're ROM images.

I suggest that Microsoft or Apple buy Nintendo. We wouldn't have this sorta problem then. Well, less of one.
 
Then that'd be good for me, if Apple bought it. As a matter of fact, I'm writing on an iPod touch. Though they'd keep the DS I think. And Wii. Only rename it Apple DS or something.
