When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.
When posting in a thread, be sure to explain all your suggestions thoroughly. Additionally, do not ask for advice in another member's thread.

I'd advise against playing the deck without Shaymin. It's a 20 damage difference between Octillery and Shaymin, and that 20 damage could be the difference between winning or losing. Shaymin is also better discard fodder in the deck because you can draw right away and discard it immediately. You could run Octillery if you want to, but Shaymin is better and Octillery are $12, so they aren't exactly cheap.
That would be a great idea, if it wasn't so expensive
Also if your league allows world champs cards you could buy a world champs deck that contains Shamans (my league is more casual so they allow world champs proxies

For Switching just use Switch and do you not have any Trainers' mails at all? Also if your goal is to get out a Florges for energy reduction you should have Ninja Boy and Rare Candies in the deck to get closer to that zero energy attack. I would cut down the energy to Eight Fairy at most MAYBE Six.

I don't have any trainer's mail, but they aren't that expensive so I may be able to get those. But like I said, I wanted this to be a budget deck
