Plasma Blast at Worlds

No, if its actual release date is afterwards then it isn't allowed. Prereleases don't count.
 
The set isn't coming out until August 14th, which is the Wednesday after worlds, so no, you cannot use Plasma Blast cards at the main event.
 
you could use a card legal for worlds that was reprinted in PLB, like professer juniper reprint
 
Wow. I haven't kept track of this. I've had Plasma Blast Loose Booster Packs at my local Wal-Mart since the 4th.

Its because places like that could care less about release dates and more about the money. My local target has the plasma blast 8 pack box already.
