Strategy

My strategy is simply to use Darkrai to not only use as a offense but also a free retreat. I Spent a lot of time on this deck and its looking pretty good against people i faced at league. I just wanna know your guys opinions and also should I replace cheren with Bianca?

You run a lot of one-ofs, which is a sign of inconsistency. With only 2 Darkrai there is no way that your strategy can revolve around that card. You're really better off running either straight Darkrai or Darkrai/Attackers. I would definetely take out Lugia and Tornadus EX, as they are just making the deck more inconsistent. If you really wanted to run Plasma Darkrai, I have seen some people pull off Deoxys/Darkrai/Team Plasma Badge. The concept has never really been very playable, and it takes a bigger hit because of Tool Scrapper getting used in almost every deck. Hope I helped.
 
i give you props for originality but i can see this deck has a lot of consistency issues. some suggestions i have are

Running computer search instead of master ball. It gets any card rather than just a pokemon and can help you discard dark energy.

Trying to change you're pokemon line up to fit in deoxys. Using plasma badge with darkrai and 3 deoxys give you 120 plus 30 to the bench. After 2 snipes exs will be in OHKO range of night spear and possibly even mind jack. It'll increase the power of lugia and tornadus as well.
