with cofagrigas's attack Whenever my opponent flips a coin durring their turn treat it as tails. If his Active Pokemon is asleep, Would his the flip at the beginning and end of his turn to wake up count as Tails?

I asume it is a "between turn" thing

Your assumption is correct. It deals mostly with flips such as hypnotoxic laser, and flips for attacks such as v-blast victini

(which means no, Slap of Misfortune doesn't apply to between-turn flips such as from Special Conditions. It only applies to things that actually happen on the opponent's turn.)
