benched pokemon have always been a danger, rayeels honestly from what I hear doesn't see much play anymore due to the simple fact that it gets donked extremely easy. mr mime just takes up bench space and is useless. you are going for speed and raw power. don't fluff up the deck with that stuff.

it's not about just "being able to keep up" with one deck in the format. it's about a well rounded deck that can play against all decks in the format.
try a darkrai deck with techs, those are the easiest to get down and can compete with virtually anything.

Just play the Rayeels/Raikou-ex deck,add float stone with Mr. Mime and your good to go.
(Mr.Mime will replace Emolga/shaymin)

no Keldeo EX/Float Stone
 
That deck i posted was before Boundaries crossed. I do see why use keldeo+float stone but, Float stone attached to the Eels and Mr.mime should be enough. Keldeo-ex seems to clog up the bench if Mr. mime was also part of the bench.
"I take it we are trying to protect the benched Eels?" :)
 
Keldeo EX/Float Stone is to get a powered up Rayqauza EX every turn example. if i have 3 Eelektrik on bench and i just used dragon burst for 180 and 3 Electric Energy go to the discard pile you have a Keldeo EX + Float Stone on bench you Rush in with Keldeo then you use the 3 Dynamators on Rayqauza EX then you use float stone to retreat and use another Dragon Burst for 180 every turn

Ah! i get it now.Your saying use the same Rayqauza EX on each turn right?
 
Like King Arceus said you can use the same one every turn if you have 3 Eelektric on the bench and like he also said it is very helpful to have another one
