Pokémon (16)
4-4 Weavile
4 Exeggcute
3 Sableye
1 Darkrai EX

Supporters (11)
2 Ghetsis
3 Skyla
3 Juniper
3 N

Items (21)
2 Level Ball
4 Ultra Ball
3 Pokémon Catcher
2 Dark Patch
2 Dark Claw
1 Energy Search
2 Hypnotoxic Laser
1 Tool Scrapper
1 Computer Search
2 Super Rod
1 Tropical Beach*/Frozen City

Energy (12)
12 Dark Energy

Total: 60.

*Tropical Beach is a maybe. I might be able to get a hold of one in a trade but if not then Frozen City will do.
Also, 3 Catchers because that is unfortunately all I have/all I have access to. Sad times. :(

Okay, so I'm pretty sure most people are aware of the idea of this deck already. I was thinking of teching in Sableye (see Edits) to recycle Balls, Patches and even the Scrapper. Or, perhaps throwing in needless Stage 1/2 cards like Plasma Klinklang or Blastoise to throw off my opponent should I mulligan, and it would also give Weavile extra bait.
I've also gone for Hugh (see Edit 2) considering I could ditch Exeggcutes with it while forcing my opponent to ditch things they wouldn't want to, or even using Hugh to bulk up a little, then retrieving the Exeggcutes already in the discard.

Open to ideas! :)

Edit 1: -2 Giant Cape, +2 Sableye, +2 Darkrai EX, +1 Super Rod
Edit 2: -1 Hugh, -2 Level Ball, -1 Darkrai EX, +1 Sableye, +2 Ultra Ball, +1 N

Weavile translation? EDIT: Frozen City, too.

Anyways, Weavile has 90HP and will be consistently getting KO'ed. 1 Super Rod isn't enough, 2 is preferable.

Weavile: 90HP
[C] - Hail - 10 to each of your opponent's Pokémon.
[D][C] - Scapegoat 30x - Discard as many Pokémon from your hand as you like. This attack does 30 damage times the number of Pokémon you discarded in this way.

Frozen City: Stadium
Whenever a player attaches an Energy card from their hand to one of their non-Team Plasma Pokémon, put two damage counters on that Pokémon.

Good idea with the extra Super Rod, fair point!

I would try to find room for 2-3 sableye and a couple darkrai. sableye can recycle items like you said and darkrai is a nice alternate attacker. On top of that you don't need to run hypnotoxic laser if you're not running VCG so I would drop your other stadiums for those cards as well, you can also drop Giant Cape and energy search as I don't think those cards will be too useful.

Why not try adding Ho-Oh EX, or the Electrode from Plasma Freeze:

Electrode – Lightning – HP90
Stage 1 – Evolves from Voltorb

Ability: Charge Draw
Draw cards until you have 4 cards in your hand. You can only use this ability once per turn.

[L][C][C] Electro Ball: 60 damage.

Weakness: Fighting (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 1

Electrode helps you draw into more cards, and is more Pokemon to discard. Every once in a while you can get that 180 damage hit

Ho-Oh EX would be the next best choice, but Electrode is just plain bad. Electrode makes it have too many >=90HP Pokemon.

4 Emolga as openers and as you will only use one you can discard the three others for extra power.

All fair points, Giant Cape does seem a little silly after some thought. I think Energy Search might be wise, if just the one, in case I'm panicking for Energy then I can Skyla for it. Frozen City I still think would be nice, seeing as I wouldn't be affected much by it, plus I can remove Virbank with it if necessary. HTL is staple and the sleep potential can bag me an extra turn, unless Keldeo happens.

So, if I combine the two suggestions -

-2 Cape
+2 Sableye
+1 Super Rod
+2 Darkrai
Would bring it up to 60. Anything else? :)

4 Ultra Ball is much better than than 4 level ball. Hugh is unnecessary and N is much better. Dark Claw is better than Giant Cape. Fitting the Sableyes/Darkrai would be really good. I'm not a fan of Ghetsit because it uses the supporter for a turn. You should test to see if it is worth it. Leave 1 just in case.

-2 Giant Cape
-2 Level Ball
-1 Hugh
-1/2 Ghetsit

+1 Dark Claw
+2 Ultra Ball
+1 N
+3 Sableye
+1 Darkrai

I'd Say that Beach is the better Stadium. 2 Dark Patch? Try 3-4. It will come up more often.

EDIT: ninja'd

I would throw in some of the Exeggcutor, if only for discarding. 120 a turn is not enough; you need to be able to discard two more if you need to to hit 180 on an EX. I think that a Super Rod, Level Ball engine for discarding the additional Exeggcutors wouod be nice.

That is why Dark Claw is used. HTL + Virbank can be used too only if space is found.

Okay so instead of 2/2 Sableye/Darkrai, 3/1 would be better?
And Emolga would be an interesting idea but I think that A) 16 Pokémon is enough already, and B) this deck has plenty of Basics and Balls to get the rest out.

-1 Hugh
+1 N
Can agree, N does provide better jamming for the opponent than Hugh.

-2 Level Ball
+2 Ultra Ball
Makes sense. Don't know why I didn't do this before.

-1 Ghetsis
+1 Dark Claw
Hm. I'd like to playtest with both but I just like the idea of 2 Ghetsis. At the same time, 3 Dark Claw just seems... right.

Increasing Dark Patch... what to replace?
And I know Beach is the best choice, it's just if I can get a hold of one. I'm too poor to afford buying one :( As for Ho-Oh, I just can't see it..

I say that it is better to get back items with Sableye than to use Darkrai's attack. The biggest reason to get Darkrai is his free retrest tand the reason of why to have the extra Darkrai is if it is prized. I don't know what to add Dark Patch for. Ho-Oh is to get energies back but you would need energy switch. SER could be a nice 1-of to get energies back and discard more exeggcute.

Completely forgot about SER. That would be amazing! Though, it'd be ideal to leave a few energy in the discard, Dark Patch and all. Decisions decisions...!

I didn't see that, but I some how must have been super ninja'd because the list I saw had just 4-4 Weavile and Exeggcute. I didn't see anything about Darkrai/Sableye or Ho-Oh. If you can hit 170 or 180 when you need to, it should be fine.

Do you think that it's possible to use any of the fossil cards from megalo cannon as well? They appear on the bottom of the deck but you can still recycle them for free.

Plasma Freeze is the next set we'll get. Megalo Cannon is going to be the set after that (I believe).
