Ruling Plasma Lucario with Blend Energy + Plasma Klinklang vs Darkrai & Kyurem

There is 1 Lucario from Plasma Storm one with the

Ability: Dual Armor
If this Pokémon has any [Metal] Energy attached to it, this Pokémon's type is both [Fighting] and [Metal].

So if I equip a Blend Energy (The Water, Fighting, Lightning, Metal one) to this does the following happen.

a) Plasma Klinklang ability to protect all Metal Pokemon protects Lucario now?
b) When Lucario attacks Darkrai can I apply weakness cause he weak to Fightning?
c) Wehn Lucario attacks Kyruem, can I apply weakness cause he weak to metal?
 
Yes to all with a caveat, that the blend energy only provides one type at a time. Assuming you don't have another source of metal energy attached, if you use the blend energy as the fighting energy to power Hurricane Kick, then it doesn't have metal energy attached at that instant.

The blend energy actually provides all types of energy at the same time. So you don't pick and choose which energy you're using at which instant, it simultaneously provides all types. Even though it's 1 energy, it counts as both at all times.

Okay thanks, maybe I should clarify, yes I mean that Lucario has only 1 Blend + 1 DCE and the following scenario above happens. I am assuming the answer is yes to ALL since it provides both metal and fighting at the same time as stated by One Approved.

Maybe I should ask if instead of Blend, how about if it is Rainbow Energy?
