Plasma or Toolbox?

I have a fully built TDK deck, but I'm thinking about playing Toolbox at BR's because testing has been good. I will post both of my lists, and take suggestions on changes, and what I should play for atleast the first BR's.

TDK:

Strategy:
Basic TDK strategy. You either go for a t1 attack with Kyurem, or you can start powering up your pokemon with Thundurus.

Toolbox:
4 Sigilyph
4 Trubbish
2-2 Masqerain

4 Float Stone
4 Eviolite
3 Exp. Share
4 Silver Mirror
4 Silver Bangle
4 Juniper
4 N
2 Random Reciever
2 Catcher
1 Computer Search
3 Level Ball
4 Bicycle

8 Psychic

Strategy:
Load up a bunch of tools on Sigilyph and attack for a bunch of damage with your Trubbish. Masqerain allows you to move your already played tools by picking them back up. The only thing I really want to do to the list atm is fit in two more catcher.
 
Deck List Help requires you to only have one deck list per post. Since your main question seems to be which deck to play I will move it to the appropriate forum. Once you decide which list to play, you may post one list as a new thread in Deck List Help.
 
I don't really want to drop the bicycle too too drastically because this deck can abuse it quite nicely, but I could maybe drop 1 for 1 catcher.
 
Toolbox is a misnomer. Toolbox means you have a variety of strategies to adapt to and beat your opponents'. Your "toolbox" is just a tool deck.

I don't really see the need for a singleton Victini EX in your Plasma deck. One Victini that you're never going to have up before turn 2 (and very VERY rarely then) is not going to do a ton against ViriGen, and its usually a poor starter and decks can easily KO it for 2 prizes.
