• When creating a thread in the Deck Garage, make sure that you post one deck per thread, you use the correct prefix, you have the set name/card number next to each card, you give a strategy for non-metagame decks, and give translations for all cards not available in English.

Hey guys, I'd like some feedback on my current TDK deck.

Not sure if I should include LaserBank in here as I seem to run in to a lot of VirGen in my area, but if I did I would take out 1 Skyla/Colress, 1 Bangle, and 1 Ultra/Plasma Ball to have a 3/1 split of LaserBank. Also not sure if I should a Water/Lightning Energy in place of one of the Blends. Finally, Absol or Keldeo ex?

Also, as I just recently ordered the Kyurems online and am waiting for them to be shipped, I'm going to run an extra Absol and 2 Snorlax PLS in the mean time. Thus, I will be temporarily running 2 Blends and 3 Double Colorless (instead of 4 Blends and 1 Water) for the time being. Think this will hold?

Take out one blend WLFM and put in one basic electric energy. That way you should have a lot less problems with enhanced hammer spam. Also, if you wanted to, you could take out a Colress for another float stone/switch, but that's your call. As far as absol vs Keldeo goes, I would run a Keldeo, but that's another judgement call. If you run one Keldeo, you may want a second one for consistency sake.
So:
-1 Blend WLFM
-1 Colress
-1 Absol

+1 basic lightning energy
+1 float stone/switch/Keldeo ex
+1 Keldeo ex

Your decklist looks very solid for TDK, I personally like this a lot.
 
Personally prefer 3 Skyla to 2 Colress. Skyla's are great for finding that clutch Catcher or Laser to get you the crucial KO.

I also started running Scramble Switch as my ACE Spec and find it very very useful.
 
-1 colress machine (you will daw into a plasma energy at some point making a 4th colress machine useless)
-1 ultra ball (4 pokemon search cards is too many, 3 is fine)
-1 blend (WFLM) (3 blend energies is fine with the rise of Dark/Garb)

+1 silver bangle (you expect one to be scrappered and maybe one prized so 4 allows you to consistently pull of the 1HKO)
+1 basic lightning energy (great against the Vir/Gen or Dark/Garb match up)
+1 thunderus ex (great against the Vir/Gen or Dark/Garb match up,, especially if the Metagame around you is full of Vir/Gen)

I personally prefer comp.search to all other ace-specs because in so many situations I have found myself needing comp.search to get going by being able to search for an energy or a draw supporter, whereas with dowsing machine it's not so good early game but it can be equality as good late game.
