Strategy
Fairly basic Plasma list here, with a few interesting choices. 4 Rainbow is nice for being able to attack with Genesect or Deoxys if things get hairy, Laserbank helps get KOs, 2 Shadow Triad is nice to be able to grab a lot of stuff back. Genesect for his ability, this deck sometimes has some difficulties managing bench space. Just ask me if there's anything that you don't understand, and have fun picking at it!

I too run a very competitive TDK/PlasmaBox deck. Following are a few ideas for your consideration:

  • Between 2 Switch and 1 Escape Rope, your dependency upon Float Stone (which would be Scrapper'd most likely) should be minimal, IMHO; and those slots could be utilized elsewhere more effectively.
  • You only have listed 9 card-draw Supporters which I believe are too few. I'd suggest replacing the Float Stones with either 2 Bicycle or another N and Colress .
  • All of your Poké are Team Plasma; so, your Ultra Balls are used primarily as a means to dump energy that Thundurus EX will Raiden Knuckle onto one of your benched Poké? Otherwise you could replace 1 UB with a Cassius - to either save a wounded Poké or recycle your Genesect EX and the attached Plasma energy back into your deck.
I hope you find these comments helpful.

I use the 2 Ultra Ball as an energy dump, and I've never thought of using Cassius before. If anything, I'd like to try to add another float stone or switch, but I just can't find the room. The only thing I could think of would be laser bank, but I don't wanna cut that out unless I have to.

I've tried out a 4th N; I really like the results. I'm still kind of learning how to play this deck (make them have to KO 3 Kyurem, when to use my Colress Machines, ect.) so once I get that down I think I'll be doing better, and I'll be able to change my list better.

Also, I am thinking of using more basic water, perhaps taking one rainbow out for another basic water, and with those basic energy in ther I want to try a Professor's Letter, but I'm not sure what I'd take out.

IMO, the Rainbow energy are needed less than the others. In addition, you will self-inflict damage onto 1 of your Poké when you attach a Rainbow energy from you hand. I'd suggest replacing all Rainbow energy with the following:

+1 Professor Letter
+1 Lightning
+1 Psychic
+1 Water

I just noticed that in addition to the 2 Switch and 1 Escape Rope, you've also included 2 Float Stone. I also suggest replacing the Float Stones with another N and Colress which provides you with 11 total card draw Supporters - which I believe with significantly enhance your overall deck operation.
