This is another deck I'm considering taking to the state championships. The other deck I'm taking is in my previous post about a Rayquaza EX/ Emboar deck.

My main goal was to try and "cover all sides' of my deck. I put pokemon in that would have an advantage with most meta decks: Palkia for RayBoar, Heatran for Virizion/Genesect, Landorus for Drakari, and Thundurus is useful agains a lot of other things. I just don't know if I over did it or if this is a solid list. All help is very welcome, thanks!!

The one non-EX that you do have could get prized and you will be destroyed by a stray plasma klink deck

4 Deoxys is too many, Lugia is also too abundant, but I think the rest of the EX looks good.

You actually need 4 Deoxys EX in this deck because you need 3 on the bench at all times so you can one shot 170hp EX's, but what if one gets prized? If you only played 3, you wouldn't be able to OHKO those EX's. Or alternatively, you might need 4 deoxys on the bench because you need to one shot 180hp EX's. Also you might want to switch out landorus EX for the plasma freeze promo landorus because it's plasma.
 
I would sugges bumping the colress machine count up to 4 as, because of time constraints, decks are forced to play alot quicker, and aslo, especially as a plasma deck, you are trying to outspeed your opponent with lugia. With that, i suggest....
-1 Landorus (devote the deck too it, or drop it, especially since it isnt plasma)
-2 Team plasma ball (ultra ball outclasses it in this deck)
-1 Heatran (I personally hate this card in plasma, its very underwhelming)
+ 1 Colress Machine
+ 3 Ultra ball

There you have it.
