Oh, sorry my bad. But then they aren't 100/99, 101/99 etc. They should be A1, A2, A3 etc. same goes for the shinies, they're SH1, SH2 and SH3.
 
Why would they make the Arceus a subset, let me ask you? The entire set is based on them, so they would just make them holo-rares, I think. They will prolly also put the Manectric from the Arceus half deck as a rare. GRR.
 
The set has 99,but its mentioned in the official site that it has more than 100 cards.
 
I don't want two rare Manectrics, Pelippers, Bronzongs and Swalots! No, seriously, the half deck cards are really horrible cards. If they switch the half deck cards to rares and the set cards to uncommons, I'm so going to be upset. The list will be updated every time a card gets revealed.

If you add in the shiny pokemon and arceus to the 99 you perfectly get the total number of cards in the japanese set.

Are there any other cards besides Arceus to take up all that space?

Edit: Note that Heatran is 3/99. Try fitting all the Arceus in those two slots.

The trainer cards are highly unpredictable because with PotF it had Buffer Piece in its Theme Deck. But when SV came out it wasn't in the set.​

Yes, trainers are extremely unpredictable. I'm not wasting 1 whole day trying to find out TRAINERS.

You don't get everything you want.

Your list is okay. But I think having 2 rare Manectrics, Pellippers and Swalots would make it perfect.
 
Well not exactly taking side but following a recent observation also the SH will more than likely be SH's
