I really like this deck! Snipe for 50, or do 110+ to the active evolved Pokemon!

Here's my list-that-I-totally-wrote-right-now for it:

Pokemon - 21

4-3-4 Kingdra PRIME (Kingdra UL is useless in my opinion)
3-3 Mandibuzz
1-1 Zoroark
2 Absol PRIME

Energy - 10

4 Special {D}
4 {D}
2 Rainbow

Trainers - 29

4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Plus Power
4 Rare Candy

+ STAPLES

However, you may have some trouble with the fellow named Vile-plume, he's quite vile or his friend, this Gothitelle fellow.

EDIT: AWWWWWWWW MAN, I thought Mandibuzz hit Stage 2s OR Stage 1s with Punishment! Dang!

Kingdra Prime sucks as a Main Attacker and Mandibuzz is alright for Punishment at least. You really need DCE for this deck to be effective, I would strongly go with 2 Kingdra Prime and 2 Regular Kingdra from Unleashed since the Regular one can do more damage to Reshiram/Emboar. Face it, Kingdra Prime is only in the deck for Spray Splash to combo with Mandibuzz's Blindside.

Only problem is If you're playing this deck in a MagneBoar or ZPS matchup you have nothing to cover for Kingdra's Weakness especially Mandibuzz since they are both weak against {L}. You definitely need to keep Zoroark as a tech for Foul Play.

Absol Prime is too risky even though it helps with the spread strategy with Eye of Disaster. I would go with a 1-1 or 2-2 Donphan Prime tech maybe? Krookodile or Sawk I guess? Sucks that Expert Belt is rotating out cause that would help Sawk alot.

Lol you would have to pay me to use Sawk. But anyways I think that 1-1 Zoroark with some Plus powers is better and more versatile.

against reshiboar, with absol as starter, you'l have the damage counters on their benched basic pokemon. that unlocks your snipe for mandibuzz so get him out by T2 and take out their techs. without techs reshiram's just a slow tank...easy to get around that once you've KO'd tepig and ninetales....and RDL? pfft....with no tech that's slower than reshiram.

get kingdra out T3 or T4 and you'd be fine. and with the 1-1 zoroark line, you'll get that bit of an edge mid-late game because by then they've powered up their reshiram slowly without their techs and you can pick them off one by one...

I do not see this deck performing well in the new format. Two HUGE cards are Magnezone and RDL. They both one shot your Pokemon and you can't one shot them back. You will need a heck of a counter to both if you want Kingbuzz to work.

From my playtesting, I have determined that a great way to counter these two cards is to get rid of Emboar. The best way to do this is to either open with Absol Prime or Elekid. They both allow you to hit Tepig as soon as possible and let Mandibuzz come in for the kill. Another option is to use Reversal to drag up Emboar and OHKO it with Kingdra. This alone won't win you the game against this God of a deck. You also need a fast reply to RDL. Your options are Zoroark, Cincinno, and Bouffalant. I prefer Zoroark because Zorua has one retreat cost and can counter other decks.

I wish you the best of luck on making this deck work.

Upsides: Beating nearly every evo deck with a good list and some luck. With the candy eratta, good luck setting up if you don't open with your basic.

Downsides: Near autoloss to Reshiram or Zekrom. Some of the most popular decks in the season. Good luck sniping 130+ Pokemon. They COULD snipe the Tepig/Shaymin/Pachi if they are lucky.

I've been attempting to build this deck (Though I still need 1 Kingdra prime and 2 Absol prime.) and I thought of two techs for the deck.
1. 1-1 Ampharos prime, against RehiBoar and BlastoGatr if I can't snipe thier Tepigs/Squirtles/Totodiles I can put a Mareep on my bench and on the next turn rare candy it into a Ampharos prime so every time they put an energy on thier Reshiram or Blastiose they take 10 damage making them easier to K.O..
2. 1-1 Darkrai & Cresselia legend, if I sniped them alot but didn't K.O. anything (Or for if they retreated an active pokemon that had alot of damage on it.) I could move damage counters around and take a few easy prizes.

Keep in mind these are curently un-tested ideas but I just wanted some input on them before I tried them.

If your looking for a tech in kingda/buzz try his card

http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Darkrai_%26_Cresselia_LEGEND_%28Triumphant_99%29

Of course you will be using Moons invite to use place does damage counters in the right places for precision snipes,or if your desperate you could use lost crisis.

actually, you'd be better off with spiritomb TM. it's a basic so WAY easier to get out than a legend. and still uses only 1 psychic energy for attack but gives opponent only one prize for KO. it spreads 1 damage counter to every one of your opponents pokemon that is of the one type of choose. then next turn switch and snipe with mandibuzz...I used a mandibuzz/zoroark speed deck with spiritomb TM as starter. but T2 I always had mandibuzz out sniping with a special dark (used Unown DARK) and did 60 to basically what pokemon I wanted. did pretty well until my opponent got set up...then it got pretty hard.

I like the idea of Kingdra Prime Mandibuzz, but I honestly don't think it will be fast enough or consistent enough to survive in the format. Getting out two separate evolutions and 2 different types of energy is a hassle. Not to mention that it has a bad Zekrom and Reshiboar match up. If more search or speed cards are introduced into the format, I could see this deck being a contender in the metagame, however for now, I don't see it being any better than an interesting rogue or a tier 3 deck.

By your logic, Magneboar would be an unviable tier 3 deck because it has 2 separate evolutions and 2 different energy types. However, it is consistent, and does work.

The heck? Kingdrabuzz isn't inconsitent! It's one of the fastest decks I've ever played! T1, get Cleffa/Horsea/Vullaby start, Coll for the others, attatch, Eeek. It can set up T2, or T3 for sure.

I play tested this a little bit ago at league and I have to say two things.
1. I was able to set up turn 3 with a good hand.
2. Absol prime was not as helpfull as it should have been, maybe Elekid?

^Guys. Here's your problem.

When you start teching things like Absol Prime and Elekid, your deck WON'T get a T2 start. Maybe that's why Kingbuzz is "Waaaaaay too slow." When you run it plain with minor techs, THEN you'll be more consistent. And in this deck, you really don't wanna be teching nearly anything. Your only stress is Reshiram/Zekrom, you tech for THAT, not a hardly-useful spread/sniper.

guys...its simple

4-4-4 kingdra
4-4 mandibuzz
4 *insert starter here*

that is your only lines...dont over complicate it

Absol prime is not a tech, it's a starter. (Same for Elekid.)

Well, that's even worse. Guys, did you ever think of no starter? Cuz I tried this deck with:

4-2-4 Kingdra
3-3 Mandibuzz
2 Cleffa
1 Bouffalant

And it was crazy consistent. Evo decks fell apart to it.

-_- absol is not needed retreating and all that...no

just do what tyrani said...although i would make the mandibuzz line 4-4

with bisharp, mandibuzz will probably see more play, but mandibuzz/kingdra just hits too lightly for a stage 1/stage 2 deck...by the time you get set up they probably will too so you won't be able to pick off their weak pokemon...

Yea, 4-4 Mandi might be worth it.

You have a strong point on Absol. That's kind of why it's not worth it. Without Unown Q, it's not nearly as good.
