How do you do it? is it just an auto loss? hopfully they get a bad start? do you tech something in????

maybe is there a hard good techable counter for mew?

Pretty much auto-loss :/ There's no real way to beat it without messing up your energy line and starts. The only really effective way I've found is to run 4 Rainbow and a 2-2 Donphan but Phanpy starts suck and if they kill your Reuniclus then you end up losing your Donphans to Yanmega anyway. Donphan also is horrible outside of that matchup. That's the main reason why nobody really has been playing Gothitelle. Most decks at the battle roads I went to teched 2 Mew and a Relnicath to LZ their attacker and be able to KO 2 Gothitelles.

Well it depends if you are talking Mewbox with or without them having vileplume... But you can tech in Bouffalant from BW.. The revenge attack could give you an advantage if they can't return KO you. other than that... I am unsure what to run with it.. My friend ran Goth today and his hardest match up was Mewbox (his only lost besides a solosis start.

Could you not use a Mew of your own to KO theirs?

mmmm I was looking for something I little faster then having to remove something with psychic attack of say 1 or 2 to KO mew just to be return koed by yanmega or mew.

I guess I will just use my dragons and renuiclus.

If you play the dragon version with either zekrom or reshiram or both, you could use them and try to ko there mew.

Well if they'll smart they won't put any damage on the field to let you Zekrom them and they'll just take OHKOs the whole game with Yanmega on babies and Solosis then Mew the rest of the time.

well I play 3 dce so I guess I will just play smart and go for the mews before the mews get me, and try to hit with my dragons.

That's probably the safest play. Unless they can OHKO your Dragons- which isn't too likely, unless it's a variant without Vileplume that runs PP and you and your opponent both have a full bench for Jumpluff- you should be good.

Watch out for Sludge Drag, though. That could be painful for your Goth, or even Reuniclus.

that would not work since you need damage to OHKO there mews =( you need 40 damage on the dragons.

I found a way to combat it without giving up to much consistency thanks! ( its not the best way but it will work if you get it out)
