would mewtwo lv. X prevent all effects of attack including damage, done to him by a pokemon lv X
cuz it says "prevent all effects of attack including damage done to mewtwo by your opponents pokemon that is not an evolved pokemon"

and lv. X isnt evolved but it is level-up
 
Level Xs inherit the evolution state of the card they're played on.

So, if you leveled up Mesprit to Mesprit LvX, it's still non-Evolved. Mewtwo LvX would be immune to its attacks.

If you evolved a Chimchar up to Infernape and then leveled up to Infernape LvX, then that's still an Evolved Pokemon. Mewtwo does not block that.

But, say you used Garchomp LvX and Restored that same Infernape. Now it has no cards underneath it, so it's treated as a non-Evolved Pokemon. If you level that up, it's still non-Evolved. Mewtwo blocks its attacks.
 
Side-question to this: Suppose Murkrow is using Honchkrow LVX's Feint Attack through Dark Genes. Does the ignorance of poke-bodies from Feint Attack still work with Murkrow, thus making this particular basic pokemon able to damage Mewtwo LVX?

EDIT: I should mention that I'm referring to the...I believe it's Mysterious Treasures Murkrow, with the Swarm and Hide Crowd attacks, as those are the ones I use in my deck currently.
 
no...murkrow cannot attack mewtwo lvl x...although it uses honchkrwo's attack, it is still a non-evolved pokemon attacking...
 
Mewtwo blocks the effects to form a barrier so he does not take damage. Yes to this question.LOL.:)
 
After reading Mewtwo LvXs body... I'm not quite sure to be honest. My gut said that you can still hit them, but the wording on Feint Attack is: "This attacks DAMAGE isn't affected by..." Mewtwo isn't really affecting the DAMAGE, its affecting the attack in general. So now I'm leaning towards the attack will do nothing to Mewtwo.

Heh, you all fail :D

Feint Attack gets through, even if Murkrow is using it.

Feint Attack says it's not affected by Poke-Bodies. Hence it ignores Mewtwo's Psybarrier.
