Please Help me fast! I need help translating this into elizibethan english for school. I think I have most of the nouns, but I cant get the verbs right. By the way this is a letter from Lysander in a mid summer night's dream. Mods please dont lock this.

Dear Egeus,
I beg of thy permission to marry thy beautiful daughter Hermia. I am a much more worthy candidate than Demetrius. I, for one, have Hermia’s love. Would thou like thine own daughter to live in misery, or not even live at all? The great duke Theseus hast said if Hermia does not marry Demetrius, she will have to be a nun or die! Thou may feel guilty because thou gave thy word to Demetrius, however, there is no need to, as Demetrius was already in love with Helena. Let me marry Hermia and let Demetrius have Helena. I have Hermia’s love, and Demetrius has thine. I have been giving Hermia love songs and gifts for weeks! Thou may feel that Demetrius is more worthy because he is wealthier, but my fortune matches, if not passes, Demetrius’s. No matter which way it is looked at, I am a much worthier candidate than Demetrius.
Sincerely,
Lysander

Thank you! :)

For the record, you can post this stuff here without consequence so long as it is a writing project you need help on.

I'm not an expert on Elizabethan/Shakespearean verse, but it looks like you've covered all the key words that would've needed to be rewritten for that era. Perhaps the "-th" suffix could be added to verbs that end in "e," but I'm not completely sure on that since I've only seen it done in older Gideons Bibles that were written to mirror this type of dialect.

You need to do it in a rhythm and rhyme scheme.

It's not a poem, just a letter
Apollo: Thank you, I just wasn't sure if anything alse needed to be changed

I don't know much about it either. Most of the verbs in Elizabethan English are sort of dragged on. Dramatic? I am not very familiar with it since it has been a while since I actually worked with it and the time I worked with it, it was really brief. Apollo has the best advice in my opinion.
