crm-no way, it's rare now that they aren't in stores so more in the 20 range
flare-no, i'd want more around 15.

Lookd at ebay and here's what I found
a bunch of auctions that just started(no bids)
a lot of auctions at around 5-6 buck apiece
BIN at 10-17 a piece.
So going w/ this
5.50+13.50=19
19/2=9.50
9.50*3=28.50
So a lot more than you offered, which i think is because U.S. nats is upon us.
My counter is 25.(in the middle)
