I would consider adding some Zekrom, Raikou EX, and SR Rayquaza. Perhaps you could drop a Mewtwo EX (you really only need 2), a Zekrom EX (if you have more than one, it creates bad starts), and maybe a Tornadus (it's weak to lightning, and you really only need 1). Hope I helped! :)

Here is what I would do if I were you:

-2 Tornadus (He is pretty unnecessary and I find that he didn't help me much when I ran with him)

-2 Potion (I feel like 2 of these without any way to get them back (junkarm) just don't make enough of an impact on the deck to warrant 2 slots)

-2 Eviolte (While this is a really good card I feel like 4 is a little much.)

+2Raikou EX (He helps against ALOT of decks. Sniping for 100 really pressures your opponent and forces them to sacrifice pokemon at times. It can get that last prize you need easily and it has a very low retreat cost.

+2 Max Potion (It is great when you Volt Bolt (Raikou EXs attack) and then then next turn you get to remove all of the damage from him with a max potion. Since all of his energy is gone there's no downside here. Also if you're in a tight situation you could always use it on something with energy just to live a bit longer and HOPEFULLY get that card you need to win.

+2 Skyarrow Bridge (This card opens up alot of dynamotor shenanigan doors. You can free retreat Raikou now as well as your Tynamos. Mewtwo has a 1 retreat and Zek EX is 2(The amount of energy he has left over after a Strong Volt) so everything can get back on the bench easily. If you get both Raikou EXs out with SAB you can do a Volt Bolt each turn without having to pull any switches or anything. You almost never hate seeing this card and if you ever do have one in your hand while one is on the field it's always good ultraball fodder.)

Some other things to consider:

Sigilyph DRX is going to hurt this build pretty bad since it is completely EX based for attacks. You could always catcher and Raikou snipe around it, but it would be nice to be able to just kill it if needed. I would recommend throwing in a couple of Thundurus or Zekrom (BW). You could pull out a Zekrom EX and a Mewtwo EX for them if you wanted.

I would also suggest running Bianca over Cheren since your Ultraball count is so high. I find that whenever I Bianca I almost always am drawing 3 cards atleast anyways.

I like how you say you need more help, but don't even take my advice, or give a reason why you don't want it. If you are just going to say thanks, there's no point in helping. I understand you may have forgot to update, but it would really be appreciated if you could update your list so we can help you.

No problem. I understand, I've just had a lot of people blow off my advice, so I'm a little touchy in that area. The list looks good, I would just consider maybe dropping a Zekrom EX for a regular Zekrom, as Zekrom EX is a bad start and your deck gets walled by sigilyph atm. Hope I helped! :)
