Ruling Plus Power and Streght Charm

what do you mean by use? if you mean put in a deck..yeah..of course you can..if you mean use on a pokemon..you can only use 4 Pulspowers and ONE strength charm on 1 pokemon...pluspower isn't a pokemon tool and it didn't state any limits on the card..so you cna attach up to 4 to 1 pokemon..as for strength char..it is a tool so you can only equip 1 at a time...you also can't have any other tools attached to the pokemon you want to attach strength charm too
 
Ahhh ok thanks, because I got 2x Streght Charm but I can trade them and use my old plus power from base set :)
