Hi guys!
I now wonder, how many damage in total can Pokémon receive from Poison.
The maximum, it probably can take between turns turned out to be 100, if you have this combination of cards in play (the Weezing ×4, of course).
But what I want to ask, is this:
If 1 player has for example this Crobat, this Crobat, this Crobat, this Beedrill, or whatever another card, that multiplies the base damage from poison, and this Weezing comes into whatever player's active position, is the extra damage reduced in all cases back to ten, or does it mean, it takes ten more damege? (Because, if I read it correctly, on the Weezing isn't written, you does 10 more damage, it only reads, the posioned Pokémon receive 10 damage…)
Yeah, and by the way, is there any difference between wording “put 2 damage counters on Pokémon X” and “this Pokémon does 20 damage to itself”, when in both cases, the attacking Pokémon refers to itself? (Because, when the Pokémon is weak to itself or resistant to itself, I understand, that the different wording may refer to apply or not apply those effects, doesn't it?)
Thanks for answers ;-)
