Hi, I have a question,
if I have on my bench 2 Heatran lvX and my Active Pokémon discard 4 energy with his attack, with Heatran, I get 2 or 4 energy ?

I'm pretty sure you can't since it reads ONCE during your turn you may use this power, but I wouldn't take my word for it until someone who's really sure like Lou or Zyflair, answers.

every turn by Heatran is like Claydol.
this is not written that you can not use this Poké-POWER 1 that time, like Gardevoir (Telepass)

You only take 2 energy. If you want to tae back 4 energy you'll need 2 Heatran on your bench.

Agreed. Although that would be ridiculously hard to do. You would need every heatran in your deck on your bench at the same time.

Thats not as hard.
Anyway, here's the clarification.
"You may use THIS POWER ONCE DURING YOUR TURN" means you can use THIS PARTICULAR POWER, thats on THIS PARTICULAR POKEMON, once a turn.
"You may only use ONE "EXAMPLE POWER" POKE-POWER DURING YOUR TURN" means you can use ANY POWERS NAMED THE SAME IN PLAY only ONE of them during your turn.

Since Heatran states the first...yeah.
