That is really strong. You could use the ability for each Jumpluff in your discard pile (up to 4 per turn), and you can use them every turn.

No, you can't do that. The ability only activates when it goes into the discard.

Man there's hardly any renders, nor wallpapers for good Grass/Bug Pokemon. This could take a while.
