You can vote for it for whatever reasons. (Except I advise you to not vote because of the artist.)
The concept & info matter a lot when it comes to Fakemon, and the name included. But it's up to the voter, ultimately.

Poison/ Electric was already done in the GDI Smeargle Fakemon contest. Ghost/ Fighting would get interesting results. I'd give it a shot.

You probably need to add that to the voting rules, it get's confusing with which contests you can vote for yourself and which ones you can't. :p

Joining the next contest. And,I do like the idea of a Ghost/Fighting type. It should be fun.

I second the Grass/Fire type idea because its kind of an oxymoron! :p

EDIT: and because it hasn't been done by Pokemon yet.

Ok, here are my votes:

1) Budragon
- Very interesting and simple design to a previous Pokemon. I like the shading and the line art looks very smooth and natural.
2) Biogagon
- As always, the art is superb however it did not seem very dragon-esque to me. I do like when Dragon types are not the a-typical serpentine/lizard form. However, Biogagon's typing did not seem to match well with its form in my opinion. Despite that, it's still a great piece of artwork and a very interesting design none the less.
3) Monvine
- While the art is decent, I really, really liked the concept of it. If you could rotate the picture, they would be even more awesome.

My vote for the next types to be Bug/Steel, Ghost/Fighting, Electric/Fighting, a Mirage Pokemon, or a Pokemon based on a entirely new type that the artists decides on.

I was thinking that fourth round (I third/fourth/whatever-place Ghost/Fighting for third round) should be an oxymoron - Fire/Grass, Fire/Ice or Fire/Water. Interesting combinations, no?
