It is spoken of in legends told by the families of pirates long gone. It was said that if you ever saw the yellow of its eyes, it was too late. Often depicted as violent, this Fakemon uses its two yellow tentacles to latch onto prey and quickly stun them with electricity, then wrap them up with its other tentacles thats suction cups are laced with a very potent toxin to finish it off. The yellow on this Fakemon's body illuminates in a vivid yellow when it goes underwater to help it see into the abyss...

This squid is actual pretty cool. Tentacles are difficult to pull off, but you have done a good job of it. I have an idea for a squid too, but I am saving it for a water/dark or water/ghost contest.

Ability: Rough Skin -or- Poison Touch
Pokedex: Varanra's diet of raw meat makes its mouth a breeding ground for bacteria. This bacteria mixes with its saliva, making its bite very toxic. Trainers of this pokemon have to be careful to not change its diet, because without the raw meat, it loses its toxic saliva. It can grow to be up to 10 feet long and weigh over 200 pounds.

Haha, dude, I was so gonna do a Komodo dragon for this round. Nice design, but I might make the stripes more defined, since Pokemon very rarely have such natural looking patterns. Great job, though, man!

Venomisaur is the Acidic Pokemon. It is a dual Poison/Rock type and has the unique ability Venomous. Venomous will automatically cause the Poison status on the opponent when bite or attacked by any part of Venomisaur's mouth.
Venomisaur once was found in lush, tropical forests many years before. A powerful, crippling venom cocktail is stored inside the frill around its neck. It starts vibrating when producing the poison or when Venomisaur is angry. It can spit out this poisonous cocktail in cause temporarily poison the victim.
Venomisaur is based off of the Jurassic Park version of the Dilophosaurus (please don't flame me on this; I know my way around dinosaurs). Its name comes from venom and the ~saur in dinosaur.
