Promotion began yesterday, and will be available until March 1st 2012!
The password is supposed to be found in the Nintendo Power Magazine!
The password is supposed to be NPCGEAR

Thank you DNA!!! I haven't had the time to post them yesterday!!! But Yes!!!! NEW Deerling and Zoroark C-Gear Skins!!!!!!! :D Zoroark is only available for the United States right now. Deerling is available for the United States, Europe, Australia, and Japan. Any other places are not yet known.

It should be for North America collectively if the events go by region settings on the games' hardware. Updated the OP with the new skins too (thanks for the descriptions DNA, if you don't mind me copying them).

I don't mind at all. In fact, I wrote them so they could be copied.

I'll keep my eyes peeled for the Zoroark password so when that comes I'll edit the previous post/put it in a new post.

I LOVE the Deerling skin. It's the first one I actually like that we've had released over here.

So, Pokemon's 13th Anniversary of the Anime in the United States will be on September 8, 2011. Which is on a Thursday, and the 13th Anniversary of Red and Blue Versions will be on September 30, 2011. So I'm thinking Kanto Starter C-Gear Skins soon? Over the course of 3 weeks?

The password for the Zoroark C-Gear Skin is ZoroarkMonth11 They really are making this month a Zoroark month!
For all the event collectors(Like myself), It has been annouced that Snarl Zoroark will be available at Toys"R"US Stores starting on September 18, 2011 - September 25, 2011. This maybe the last event before the Movie Events come.

I can confirm this; I just got it.

The actual name of the skin is "Zoroark!", minus the quotation marks.

How do you activate the new Skins on your DS? I've been trying for half an hour and can't figure it out.
