Alright, so while it's been technically live for a few days, with the release of BW2 today, the starter dolls and legendary skins are now available for everyone!

I think everything not named "Munna C-Gear Skin" is expired now.
I went to Promotions, and the dolls and the Munna skin were the only things there. (I think it was the Munna skin. There were only 2 things total, and 1 of them was the dolls.)

Yeah, I updated the OP today. Just the Munna skin, the Togekiss event, and the promotion for getting BW and BW2 are there now.

The Password for the B2W2 C-Gear skin is: KELDEOCGEARBW2
The Password for the BW C-Gear skin is the same as above, just remove the 2.

For the Kyurem and Meloetta dolls it´s: CATDFYH

I don´t know the Pikachu password, though.

Just went on the Pokemon Global Link to get the Keldeo C-Gear skins, Black Kyurem, White Kyurem, and Meloetta dolls. The Pikachu doll promotion came out of nowhere. Global Link says the password is supposed to be on the English B2W2 website, but I can't find it anywhere.
Also, The Lucario, Porygon, and Klink promotions have all been extended to October 18th 2012. probably because of the extended maintenance.
Meloetta doll. The Meloetta hype is starting! Won't be long now before a US distribution, and the C-Gear skins follow suit.

Argh, indecisive Pokemon! A slew of promotions for BW1 are extended until the 18th. Readded them, plus the new stuff. Pikachu password is RAPDRA (look in news on the official BW2 site. :P).

Would it be nice to have pictures of the various dolls? It'd be easy enough to crop out the little images given on the promotion pages.

I just logged all of the above except for the Resolute Keldeo C-Gear Skin, presumably because that is exclusive to BW2, and my current Game Card connected is Black 1.
Ah well, I hope the expiration date isn't too far away.

Yeah, Resolute Forme is BW2 only, and is until January 17th. It's in the OP.

It's fine. You can switch your Game Card once you've registered Black 2, or White 2.

I just went to the Global link and it said it was under maintenance, is it supposed to be?

For some reason, my account is not giving me access to anything that requires having B/W and B2/W2 registered to the same account. Cause I've got White and Black 2 on the same account

Yeah, I don't think anyone will get them for awhile. I think having both registered just keeps you in the line for it. Kind of like how Nintendo giving Donkey Kong Original Edition to those who bought digital versions of various games; two of those games came out like last month, and the codes are just now being distributed.

They're just now being distributed to Japan. And this was done for Japan back in June.

I linked my BW to my account, but I don't have the Victini or Zekrom one (I already had the Reshiram one from the event.)
