Volwurm seem to be very destructive, but it is just releasing excess energy it had while it was still an Enertite. It is said that is can take years for a Volurm to release all this energy.

I don't think Poison Heal is a good ability for them, since it's pretty useless, considering that Poison-type Pokémon can't be poisoned (unless the opponent has Corrosion).
