He stays firmly secured to Giratina and waits for mere seconds before getting the thrilling response.

Both Night and Giratina froze. However, the claws that was out of the barrier started to pull them out. After a while Giratina, Brett, and Night were back where they started and out of the barrier.
Dysk: "So I was right. If something out of the barrier effects something inside, then the trapped object can get out."

"Well, I think its pretty obvious..." Zippy said. "Meet you guys on the other side!" Zippy jumped into the barrier.

Brett then jumped into the barrier, pushing Zippy out onto the other side and then taking his place.
