"Darkrai! Double team, keep charging!" Gaius yelled

4 copies of Darkrai were made.

They all eyed Articuno and kept charging

Serenity was in a dream. She could see 4 dark orbs chasing after a single blue orb...

What the...

The black orbs start to butt and hit the blue orb.

Hey! Stop that!...

Serenity reaches for the black orbs.

Articuno tries to dodge the dark pokemon but it is able to catch up to it. The dak pokemon gets really close....

All 4 Darkrai's threw a large Dark pulse ball at Articuno

Serenity finds herself running along side the orbs. She tries to grab the dark orbs but they are too fast for her to catch. She notices the orbs surround and charge at the blue one...

NO!!!

She decides to grabb the blue orb and the dark orbs hit her instead.She releases the orb from the pain.

The Dark Pulse gains speed as it pelts toward Articuno. The icy pokemon knew it had no way of getting out of this. All four pulses were heading its way. They close in.

Before the pulses hit, a Blue veil is formed around Articuno (Protect). The Dark Pulses manage to shatter the force field but the power of the attack is slashed. When the pulses hit Articuno it is able to shake off the impact.

It has a plan..It charges at Darkrai.

"Darkrai..wait til it gets close!" Gaius yelled

Darkrai stayed eeriely still, awaiting Articuno to come close

"Now!" Gaius yelled

Darkrai transformed his body into a large shadowy mass. The shadow formed around Articuno, covering every inch of its body. Darkrai also started to slide darkness down Articuno's throat

"Let's see how well Articuno flies when it can't see anything at all!"

Serenity awoke. She had already seen what Articuno wanted to try. She was tired and breathlessly said...

"Formation Snow Globe!!"

Articuno Used protect. Enclosing itself and Darkrai in a blue veil...a prison. It starts to gag from the shadows but glows blue...It used Blizzard. From the outside the protect actually looked like a snow globe after you shook it to death.

Edit: Just realized how god moddy Sheer Cold is. Forgot it was a 1 hit KO move. So I changed it to Blizzard instead. :p

"Illusion, right? Anyway, I was just thinking - Dusk seems to have something great about him that's not released when Vier is around, if you get my drift."

Serenity was about to finish the battle when she felt a sinsation...

"My Egg!!"

Articuno burst into a blue ash and melded into Serenity. She ran to were she placed her egg. All there were was a puddle of water...

What the...

She didn't know what went wrong...Did she hold the egg wrong, maybe not enough warmth...

NO!

Her eyes began to water.

The puddle bulged upwards, as a Phione popped from the water.

Gaius recalled Darkrai

He ran over to Serenity

"Oh my god..I'm sorry Serenity"

He hugged her close

"I'm so very sorry"

Upon seeing the Phione

"Serenity, look!!" He said, pointing out the new pokemon

The Phione jumped up and down. Then from side to side. It became outlined in blue and shot a cyan ball at the sky. The ball created grey clouds. It began to rain. (Rain Dance).

"Awesome..now it's raining"

Gaius sighed.

He raised his hands, and 2 small metallic planks were formed over Gaius and Serenity's heads.

"Let's go see if Light has anything"

He waits for Serenity to recall/catch Manaphy and then enters the library

Serenity looked at Phione with a greatfull feeling....

"Thank goodness your ok."

Hmm am I suppose to catch it now?

Serenity gently tosses a greatball at the pokemon.

Zippy ran up and accidentally punted the Phione and grinned at the Phione. "It's so adorable!"
