for some reason I thought houndour evolved at 24, not 28 lol.
IC:
Gaius ran into the forest towards the smell of battle. Finding the Kyogre..he calls all of his pokemon into battle.. "Go.. War (Tauros), Death (Houndour), Pestilence (Gengar), Apocalypse (Pupitar). All of you..ATTACK AT ONCE AND BRING THAT BEAST DOWN!!!!"

The gengar returned to it's master and Gaius began to whisper it commands.
Gaius then turned to Vanessa "What weaknesses in physiology does Kyogre have?"

Lennon was wondering in the forest when he thought he heard someone following him. He turned around and saw the boy he had seen in his last dream with his butterfree. The boy looked at Lennon. The butterfree slowly flew over to Lennon's side. The boy then slowly began to vanish into the mist. Once he was gone, Lennon began to feel slight rain start. He looked up towards the sky, and clouds had formed and lightning was flashing. There seemed to be a creature flying around in the clouds above.

so I should leave her to face kyogre and fight the two of them? aww..I wanna try something first before I go..I had an epic idea

"I'll go help them in a second..I have an idea on how to help you take down Kyogre..I'll leave Pestilence here to help..he knows what to do!"
Gaius turned to his Gengar
"You have your orders..carry them out and bring it down!" Gaius told his pokemon..and then he sprinted off into the forest towards the two other legendaries...seconds after he started out Pestilence slowly faded into the ground and became invisible.

I know you probably won't let my plan work but I wanna at least Try in game to do it as it's epic and I'm sure you'll like my creativity lol. props if you can guess it before I pull it off

Vanessa plotted her move against the Kyogre....suddenly..a large explosion plumed within Kyogre's left eye..causing the beast to thrash wildly in pain. As soon as the smoke cleared..Vanessa could see Gaius's Gengar phase through what was left of the pokemon's eye..and fall to the ground..knocked out from it's attack
Gaius could hear the explosion clearly as he ran towards the other pokemon.. "Pokemon..are an explosion" he laughed and mused to himself as he could hear the sounds of thunder and wind up ahead

Night hears two Pokemon roaring. He looks up to see Tornadus heading for the Crazed Maze. He decides to chase after him: seeing as he's done this maze before, it should be a blast!
When Night reaches the maze, he sees the ivy pulsing and contracting violently. He'll have to run to make it through without being caught by the ivy: if he doesn't, he's not coming back.
He runs through the maze, remembering certain turns and managing to find his way, when he suddenly has an idea. Litwick and Duskull can teleport, he remembered that from when he was a young boy and he was chasing after them to try to catch them and they kept disappearing and reappearing in another place.
"Duskull, teleport to the middle, where the Reshiram statue is! Litwick, teleport to where the sounds are coming from, and send a Flame Burst up when you get there as a flare!"
His Pokemon follow his orders, and he soon sees an orb of flame appear just to the right of him. In five minutes, he's there and sees Tornadus.
"Litwick, use Will-O-Wisp!"
Litwick haunts Tornadus with fire until he is burned.
Tornadus uses Acrobatics on Litwick, hitting him from above powerfully.
"Now, Litwick, use Hex!"
This does double damage because Tornadus is burned: Tornadus flies backwards towards the ivy, where he is wrapped in it until he can't move.
Night smiles. He's caught.
"Good job, Litwick! Now to find Duskull..."
