I'm starting to think you missed that part whatever.

Dome realized he was about to be attacked, so he jumped out of the way, letting Electrode ude the attack.

Night can see pools of light reflecting all around him. He steps forward, and walks 180 degrees onto the ceiling. He can see Giratina ahead, and is determined to meet him, but he has no idea how to get around here.

It's a contract Pokemon. It's uncatchable. The only way to "catch" it, would to agree to the contract.

Houndoom's attack hit Ms. Sear..and the connection between Rayquaza and Ms. Sear was broken

"Now..Allow me to be your host! State the terms of the contract!!"
