26 level difference..and a base attack of 150..factored in with ttar's high attack stat and gallade's poor defense stat..and it only does 20%? lol

Gallade takes 0% damage (65%)!
Stingy? Nah. The level jump and effectiveness have determined this, and it's my final calculation.
@mlouden Your move this turn was retreating Tyranitar. You can Shadow Ball next turn.

I know about the weakness. The level difference stops it from being good.
Gengar's Levitate renders Earthquake useless!
Gengar takes no damage (85%)!
Gallade takes 30& damage (35%)!
