The shards ripped the fan and knocked it out of Ka Sai's hand. She was hit with the rest.

Health: //////

Ka Sai started to breath heavily. She glowed orange and became outlined in a purple fire, growing Ho-Oh's tail and wings. Remaining silent; she flew high into the air, making her final move. She flew downwards, aiming at the platform. From her sides, a destructive energy formed. It covered the sides, and used the last bit of energy to shield the front. Ka Sai flew at an extreme rate (Giga Impact). Serenity had no time. She needed to make a move.
 
Serenity stood there. Watching as an angry, flaming, diranged Ka Sai flew at her. She took a moment to analyze the situation.

Ka Sai wants to kill me, take my soul, and somehow release pokemon to do her evil bidding. Why? I have no idea. But I really don't want to die here. My stongest move is Sheer Cold. Ka Sai already knows that. There really isn't anything I can do. But what if I do die. Maybe Gaius will be able to find the legends that are realesed before they do. Maybe the others will win, maybe...just maybe.

Serenity opens her arms to accept the oncoming fate that seems enevidable....
 
Ka Sai's eyes widen when she saw Serenity opening her arms. The impact was inches away from Serenity and everything turned white for her.

Health: //////

Serenity's vision came back into play. She and Ka Sai was standing on a road lined with autumn trees. Her clothing turned back to it's original color. Her eyes were blank.
Ka Sai: "Sorry."
Ka Sai began to fade away. Serenity saw Ho-Oh's spirit fly away from them. The contract between the two was broken, but it seemed like it was by choice. Ka Sai's image disappeared completely, leaving behind the fan. It was in perfect condition.
 
Serenity walked up to the fan....She felt sad at the thought of Ka Sai leaving. She bent down to pick up the fan.
 
Serenity notices that on the fan's side, it had a yellow jewel with a green outline. The two gems that Serenity picked up earlier appeared by her.
 
After placing the jewels in the fan, Serenity's surroundings twisted around her, transfering her to the Black Fortress. She wasnin front of a large, stone door. The fan's coloration was now a mixture of blue and silver.
 
Serenity thought a moment as she was placed in front of the fortress.

"Isn't this..."

Serenity opens the doors.

Lennon chooses to follow the path that was labeled water. He wasn't sure why, but that seemed like the best choice. He wondered what the point of this was, and who was the person testing him. Was he being watched right now? What if he had died, and this is what happens when you die. This is the test you are forced to go through in the afterlife to see if you are worthy. After walking for what seemed like ½ an hour, Lennon came across a lake. Under the water, Lennon saw two statues. A Haxorus statue. A Hydreigon statue.
 
Lennon stands at the edge of the lake and contemplates if he should dive in or not. Those statues seemed important and they were almost calling to him. He rested his backpack on the ground, and stripped down to his underwear, folding his clothes neatly next to his bag. He took a deep breath and plunged into the water. To his surprise, it was neither too hot or too cold. Opening his eyes, he made his way to the statues for a closer inspection.
 
The Solrock used it's Psychic to make an air bubble and prevented itself from getting wet. Looking closer; the statues appeared to be on some respective panels.
 
The panels were curious. Lennon swam closer to the Haxorous statue, and grabbed onto it to anchor himself down. He wasn't sure what to do now. but was beginning to feel the need to take a breath.
 
After grabbing the statue, the Haxorus started to move and gain color. So did the Hydreigon. The water drained to an unknown place making what used to be a lake, an arena. The Haxorus looked at Lennon, and the Hydreigon opened it's two mouths and sent three cyan pulse towards Lennon (Dragon Pulse). The Haxorus, pulled back it's arm and struck at one pulse, dispersing it (Rock Smash) while protecting Lennon from the others.
 
Lennon's eyes got big as he looked at the two dragons. He stood there in his underwear, suddenly regretting taking his clothes off. But the Haxorus was protecting him, wasn't it? He had to defeat the Hydreigon, this must be a challenge.
"Ok Haxorus!" he yelled. "Lets do this!" He was about to give Haxorus a command, when he realized he didn't know the move pool of the Dragon pokemon. Thinking, he chose a staple dragon type move.
"Try giving it a Dragon Claw!"
 
The Axe Jaw Pokemon's claw glowed navy blue. Waving it's claw forward, a large shockwave blasted knocking Hydreigon out of the air. When Hydreigon got back up, it chose to roar loudly, piercing the air and pushing Haxorus back (Hyper Voice).

Lennon took a couple steps back from the fighting pokemon.
"This is so cool... Ok, Hax lets try a Dragon Dance and another Dragon Claw!"
 
Haxorus became engulfed in red aura, as it ran around the arena gaining speed and power. Hydreigon saw this and followed Haxorus while using Dragon Rush. Haxorus turned around and collided with Hydreigon using Dragon Claw. They were both knocked back.

Lennon wanted to use outrage. With Hax's high attack stat, plus Hyd's weakness to dragon, it should do a good amount of damage. The question was, would it be enough for a knock out before Hax gets confused due to fatigue? Lennon decided not to use it right away, but instead start with a dragon pulse.
"Okay Hax, give it a Dragon Pulse, and then next chance you get, unleash an Outrage!''
 
Haxorus bursted a large blast of purple aura at Hydreigon. Hydreigon kept the attack in check using it's Hyper Voice to prevent it from reaching it's target. When Haxorus switched to Outrage, the Axe Jaw Pokemon used the speed it gained using Dragon Dance to dashed into the air expelling an extreme amount of energy. To stop this; Hydreigon fired an crimson fire ball from it's main mouth at the dragon (Draco Meteor), but despite taking damage Haxorus continued it's attack, hitting Hydreigon head on.

The battle was getting so intense that Lennon had almost completely forgotten that he was still in his underwear.
"Keep the Outrage going, Hax! We've almost got him!"
