wheres breeding center in xy? And where i can find Furfou for that person in Parfum mansion?

Daycare is right beyond Snorlax, but breeding lowers happiness and happiness controls egg receive ratios. The Furfrou is in the back maze in the mansions yard

How do i add friends?

Add them on your 3DS by visiting the home screen and tapping the orange smiley face on the top of the bottom screen. They automatically get added to the game.

It was seen in a Horde Battle in the trailers, so I may be lucky, but clarification would be nice

Yes, they're in the forest you use to access Pokémon Village!

Is dry skin a natural ability on helioptile? I've found none so far.

Does anyone know if you can evolve a male Eevee into Sylveon? I would assume so but I don't wanna train this Eevee only to find out it won't evolve.

To add on to this, mine evolved when 2 of the hearts on the meter had been filled - I was surprised to see it have evolved so quickly.

I think Eevee is found on Route 10, and Furfrou is trimmed in Lumiouse City

Eevee is found in Yellow flower grass on Route 10, not sure on rarity.

Oh, well in that case its easy since wild Eevee come with Baby-Doll Eyes.
(but I'm almost 100% sure Pokemon-Amie is required as well)

I just done the same and it evolved into Sylveon. Thanks!

Didn't see an answer, but you get the Good Rod in Coumarine City. When you walk in go down and there'll be a fisherman.

How do I get to the Grass where you can find Inkay on Route 8, I know you can catch one before the second Gym but I can't seem to find the exact location?

How do I use the Roller Skates? I tried using them in the fitting room that did not work and I tried selecting them in the bag and that did not work. How do I use the skates if I can't activate them? Thanks XD.

I had i hard time trying to use the roller skates too, funny thing is you just have to move using the slide pad rather than the d-pad
