Pokémon TCG Tag?

Hi everyone,

So my locals where thinking of potentially holding a Pokémon TCG Tag tournament, nothing affiliated with Pokémon or any Championship Points involved but all in the name of fun! So my question is, is there or are there any "official" rule books or rulings regarding Tag Battles?

I thought theme deck rule books had these rules? I thought they did anyway. I have not gotten a theme deck for awhile but when I get a new one I can check. Anyway check the theme deck rule books to see if they do or not but it is just a thought XD.:)

Well, every time I've ever played teams, I'm either dragging someone else's weight, are having trouble dragging my own.
Well, I've only had the experience a few times with a few friends and then once more with a few people at the league.
If we do do this, I'll join to try to change my opinion of it, I guess.

Double battles lost support sometime between DP and HS. It was in the ex rulebooks, but it's not in the more current ones. Because of the lack of support, I'd suggest playing with cards from the ex and early DP sets since they have "official double battle wording" on the cards.
 
What's up with no conversation or strategy discussion? I thought that was what this game was about?

What do you mean? We're conversing, and this is a general discussion.(Hence the fact we're in the "TCG News & General Discussion" section).
I hope you didn't go around every thread saying that.
