Betting on SV6.5 being based on Stellar Miracle, since Paradise Dragona is definitely releasing after August 2nd, so it would be weird to have an english set before its japanese counterpart
Also, it seems easier to combine the Loyal Three and Dragons rather than the Loyal Three and Terapagos
...though Terapagos being the special set would possibly make it sell less well

We did get celebrations about 2 weeks before japan got it but pretty sure japan got PokémonGO about 2 weeks before us - but I personally absolutely don’t see a Stellar mini set - that mechanism and stellar type which has to be in Stellar Miracle in Japan just doesn’t make sense for them to transpose a normal release in Japan over to us into a mini gimick set - they transposed ruler of the black flame as a single set with a hand full of additions and it did not become a mini set here - so following some kind of half logic there…I hope it is the dragons

For Celebrations you're correct, October 8th for us, October 22nd for Japan.
So it could happen, though Celebrations was more of a special-special set, you know? I'm unsure they'd do that just for a dragons set.
Also, SV6.5 releases August 2nd, Paradise Dragona wouldn't be only two weeks after, but moreso early September imo, a month difference might be too big.

We are forgetting one thing, a Loyal Three mini set could theoratically happen. Their IRs are cut from our Twilight Masquerade set after all, this feels weird, if it was only so that the loyal three would be fully in SV7, why not cut the holos as well? I'm pretty sure every cut IR has become a promo (in the SV era), not once has it been delayed to another set (though correct me if I'm wrong).
By cutting these IRs, they could make a Loyal Three product for the special set, with the three IRs, to sell the Loyal Three mini set. Furthermore, there is a product from SV6.5 called the Illustration Rares Collection with 3 IRs, and we have the Loyal Three IRs cut. This feels like too big of a coincidence to me honestly. This would also allow them to make SV7 an Indigo Disk only set, with both Terapagos and Hydrapple/Archaludon (if they're the ones in Paradise Dragona, of course), as well as adding the Stellar Sylveon and Stellar Ceruledge from the decks that come out at the end of August in japan, making for a big Stellar set.
Another thing to consider for a Loyal Three mini set is the fact that Night Wanderer comes out in June, and we'd have to wait until September to have it? That's a gigantic wait, over 3 months. Only other wait that long was 151, with the same time period, but that was a more anticipated set. This argument is probably the least important one, but still a thing to consider in my opinion.

Scyther blissey and drowzee! Really enjoyed listening this week! I can't wait to see what the special set is, I hope the release super cool gold cards like crown zenith. I have a question, how would I get better at playing in person? I'm arceus online and listen and watch lots of games played on YouTube, but I still do really bad at locals. Any advice would be super appreciated, and have a great week!
It feels like Dragons are our best bet for 6.5. The Loyal 3 don't have that kind of leverage to make a set work, and I don't think Pokémon would put Stellar out THAT early. And this is all assuming various factors like the release dates of the Stellar Starter Decks and Paradise Dragona aren't as late as we think.
