HALLOWEEN SPRITE IMAGE CAPTION CONTEST IMAGE CONTEST
That's right - it's YOUR turn to make the image for the next round of the Contest!
Great! So, what do I do?
Just make a picture using game sprites according to the following RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The image cannot be larger than 720x480 in size, and it must include at least 15 Pokemon-related sprites. Custom sprites and sprites from other franchises ARE allowed. Custom backgrounds and backgrounds from other franchises ARE allowed pending owner approval. Text is RESTRICTED to no more than three distinct words, and if you have text, at least one word MUST be spelled with UNOWN characters. Extra points for matching the Halloween Theme! Bonus points for using the SECRET SPRITE, whose identity will remain a secret till the very end. The winner gets their images featured as the Contest Image, so make it your best!
But how do I enter?!
Simple. Just upload your image by 12:00 PM on FRIDAY, OCTOBER 29, 2010 and send me a link via PM. On Friday and Saturday, TDL and I will collaborate and choose our favorites. We will then have a third party choose their favorites and post the results on Sunday, just in time for All Hallow's Eve.
Remember, this is a children's forum, so keep explicit references and material to an absolute minimum. Other than that, let your creativity soar! If you want sprite resources, use Google Images to find what you want. Well then, Best Wishes!!

No. Photo Shop, Paint, and Gimp.
Photo Shop is the best, but it costs money, Paint is already on your computer (If using Windows), but is the worst IMO, and Gimp is the best free one out there. However, it has a sharp learning curve, so be aware.

I would suggest Paint.NET. It's free to download and use (though the makers would appreciate a small donation every now and then), and it allows for multiple layers which is always convenient for this kind of stuff.
