"But I meant to say Bidoof is cutely awesome!" complained Gliscor. Could just a minor quote, an accident with names, start a new Pokebeach saying?
One day, Gliscor was minding his own business on Pokebeach. Writing his new SpiriPlox article, while also watching YouTube when taking some breaks, he was just having a normal day, a normal time. It was three weeks after the first outbreak of the "Cutely Awesome", and the whole epidemic was beginning to die down. But as the quote died down, people brought it up more. Gliscor, first to talk about it in his usertitle, wrote, "I'm more cutely awesome than everybody
" Another quote that sparked idea in people. Zyflair as the first to catch on. "Is more cutely awesome than Gliscor" she wrote. "Is more cutely awesome than Zyflair." wrote Squrtli. "Is more cutely awesome than Squrtli" continued SotS along with the same trend. "Is more cutely awesome than SotS" changed Zyflair's usertitle. It was still a few weeks after the outbreak, and yet just because of one simple mistake a trend fully began on Pokebeach.PokeChamp denied this. He denied the "Cutely Awesome". He tried to end this trend. He stated that no one on Pokebeach was cutely awesome. Did what he attempt work? No. The trend was overpowering his opinion. One of the most popular members on PokeBeach, outspoken by a trend. And no matter what people did, not mater what people thought of this trend, no one could put an end to it. As more and more people started to get into it, it was harder and harder to get out of the trend's power. After noticing how far this has gone, cool kid said that this trend was his beginning. He said he started the trend. While it is true that cool kid told everyone to sig. Gliscor's epic fail, it was indeed Gliscor who wrote it. It was Gliscor who started the trend. Could cool kid accept it? No, he couldn't. It seemed as if the cutely awesome sparked rivalries.
"Gliscor, do you think this has gone too far?" asked PokeChamp.
"It's going a little overboard. All I did was just post a simple mistake. And members are starting to make a big deal about it." replied Gliscor.
"I know, but I couldn't stop it, and many other members couldn't stop this trend either! Is PokeBeach forever trapped in the fog of the cutely awesome?"
"I doubt it. It's just like a storm. It rises and falls. By this time next year, the cutely awesome will be forgotten."
"I... I'm just annoyed with this. I can't stand everyone talking about it!"
"Lighten up PokeChamp. Just play along and it won't bother you. I mean, it certainly did bother me!"
And the chat stopped.
"When I'm a mod... If I ever become a mod..." mumbled PokeChamp to himself. "The cutely awesome... will END!"
A few weeks later, the trend hasn't weakened. Gliscor was wrong. Either the storm was rising, or the cutely awesome is an impossible trend to end. Very few people tried to stop it now. In fact, even more people found the fun in playing with the cutely awesome. PokeChamp, on the other hand, seemed to be more and more angry each time a new cutely awesome supporter was born. He rebelled, he created petitions, he protested, yet nothing seemed to work.
"Hey, PMG?" asked B-Ray. "You know.. the cutely awesome thing going around. How far do you think this is going?"
I can't tell," he replied. "Right now, the mods can't do anything much to it as long as Zyflair is playing with the trend. And she won't stop, as she is supporting the cutely aweome story."
"I know... it's just that PokeChamp is on his final nerve with everything. What should we do?"
"Ban everyone who supports this?" joked Spoon, butting in.
"Naw, we don't want Ban Wars to come true. That'll be a Pokebeach Civil war!"
"Plus," continued B-Ray. "We can't ban Zyflair. She'll support the cutely awesome, no matter what."
"Some members are mad about this," said Spoon. "We can't just leave them with such anger."
"Fine then. We can keep this up, but if all of Pokebeach plunges into the depths of the cutely awesome then we must do something."
It was 2010, a new year. A new start. PokeChamp hoped this would be a time for everyone to stop talking about "Who is the most cutely awesome?" or "Go cutely awesome?" or even "gLiscorz f@i1z!" He thought that after the Newbie Generation, then Cutely Awesome Generation would end. But it was the opposite. The cutely awesome generation grew in numbers. In member packages. People from all over the world joined just to be in the chat where being the most awesome was strong. Gale had become a mod, and he seemed to not care about the cutely awesome generation. Although practically every member around him supported this generation, he was impervious to it. And that is what got on PokeChamp's nerves.
"Gale, does this generation bother you at all?" he asked.
"Just relax PokeChamp." replied Gale. "It's just a trend. I mean, so 90% of our members like it. No big deal."
"It's just that I think this has gone too far! I might as well quit the beach just to go away from the cutely awesome. Maybe join the Gym or something."
"I wouldn't be too sure about that. PokeBeach is the forums where the cutely awesome is the strongest. Not the only forums where the cutely awesome is around. Rumor has it on the beach is that other forums have been struck by our current generation."
"Honestly? Darnnit.... darnnit all!"
"Geez Poke-"
PokeChamp left the chat.
Thinking to himself, PokeChamp's temper had begun to control him. "Maybe..." he started to think evily. "I make a gathering where the cutely awesome supporters come to one spot to meet each other in person. And then... I'll end the cutely awesome right then and there... permanantly!" He walked away from the computer.

Well, here's the prologue. I know I have a Pokemon Warfare story that I've been working on, but that was going into a kill-fest. This will have action, but not a kill-fest. Yeah, PokeChamp is the bad guy =0 Well, I hope you liked it! Hooray for the Cutely Awesome!
