Rules:
I will tell you what to make, then you make it with the pics you find on internet
It is basicly scratch, but I tell you what to make
You choose the text for it
You also choose the backround
No outside pics, but you can use other pics that go with the subject of the banner
Also please save files as: PNG, JPG or Gif. (I will not judge any that are: DOC or BMP)
Also: Try to get eaither a: Photobucket/imageshack account. (if you don't have one PM/MSN me to save it on my account.)

Here is my comments:

1.It would likely be best that you will only put 1 pokemon of that species....
2.Use pictures that doesn't have a aura of whtish dots lol..
3.Your Cresselia has a black halo thingy...try spreading some white on it..don't use the transaparent thing when you use paint and your art is white(do you get this?lol)
4.It is too big for PokéBeach Forums
I would not rate it yet until the deadline comes...
