When do Pokebodies and Powers stop working which a pokemon goes to the discard pile? The question asked was being I'm thinking of building a deck around Kecleon and want to use Floatel Lv X with it.

I don't know the answer to your question, but in regard to the Floatzel + Kecleon idea, I would say that it works because in order for Kecleon to satisfy the first part of Floatzel's poke-body, Kecleon needs to be in play (i.e. Whenever any of your water pokemon is knocked out by damage from your opponent's attack...)
So Kecleon would or wouldn't get Floatel's effect?
