So here's what I think is the current dex so far:
Since people like to make strong Pokemon, I've had to make a few modifications to the Chilip line + I've added stats on the Squishleaf line. Also because of that reason (and because there's a lot of split lines, which I think would fit better later in the dex) it's a bit hard to choose some early dex Pokemon. We also don't have an early rodent yet, so if someone could make that, I would be very happy :D

I like them, but they're too strong. All early rodents have stats around ~250 and their evolutions have stats in the range of 410-430. It is the same if Reggie wants his electric birds to be early in the dex, they need to be weaker, since a pseudo legendary is a bit too strong where the normal early birds stats are ~470.

Alright, got them down to 260 and 440. I could get them down farther, but I want them to be somewhat good. There's no rule they have to be bad, either; Diggersby is great with Huge Power. Flairodent doesn't have an Attack-doubling Ability, so I think it can afford to be a little better stat-wise than the others.

As long as their stats are in that range, I'm happy :D
I know that there's no rule, but I like to pretend that what we're making is a game, and that Pokemon early in the dex are a bit weaker than the ones later on ;)

I'd also like to mention that earlygame rodents have pure Normal typing in their base form, with them gaining a secondary typing if appropriate.
I think a better typing/stat spread for them would be:
Normal
Stats: 45/40/45/35/40/55 (Total: 255)

Normal/Fire
stats: 65/80/70/50/85/95 (Total: 445)

*ignore the stat thing, the original post was edited whilst I was writing this*

(although I think the thing about the typing still stands)

I think what I was trying to do with the typing was make "Flairat" make sense, but I forgot about the rule of Normal-type rodents. I've edited it now.

And I changed the stats, too, to reflect your suggestion. :)

I'd be willing to drop down my Electric Bird line. Feel free to change it yourself as I really don't care too much about the BST.
The stats have now been modified. Reggie I was wondering if Golbeak could be Normal/Flying? That way it could still develop Electric powers when evolving.

I'm not sure how many pseudo-legendaries we have now, but I came up with another one. I can change the stats to make it not-pseudo-legendary if needed.

*Sonic: The user's Speed is 1.5x for the first two turns it is in battle.
