As another trainer walks up to you with a pokeball in his hand he challenges you to a battle
 
Sure ill battle you me and cyndaquil are always up for a challenge

Dawn- You ask the girl about this tournament, and she tells you that it is a 2v2 tournament at the pokemon gym later today. You bring along two pokemon, and you fight other trainers until one is declared the winner. The winner will then receive a pokemon egg.
She asks if you would like to sign up. Registration for the tournament is right here, in the pokemon centre.

Will you-
a) Sign up
b) Forget about it

*note that Im planning on having at least two of the charcters in the tournament. This way, only one of you will receive the egg.

Tyson-
Shinx uses tackle against the Ekans, bringing it down a quarter in health.
The ekans uses wrap again, which is slowly hurting your shinx.

Naruto- Vulpix runs up to Misdreavus and uses ember.
"Dreeavus!" the pokemon cries out in pain. It was a critical hit, and it's down to half of it's hp.
Misdreavus uses Psywave, which takes off a fair amount of Vulpix's hp.

You spray a potion on cyndaquil
He then here's something in the trees, as you put your potion in your bag he walks to the sound.
You turn around and see cydaquils tail just go into the bush
You decision?
 
Naruto - You giive the Oran berry to Vulpix, successfully replenishing all it's hp.
Misdreavus uses growl; lowering Vulpix's attack power.

"That's to bad..." she says.
She then goes on to say that, if it seems interesting to you, you can take the pokemon league challenge. The gym leader in Viridian is away right now, so the first gym leader is in Pewter City.

b) Head towards Pewter city
 
You start heading towards Pewter city, but your only way to get there is through Viridian forest. You enter the forest and suddenly, a wild caterpie appears.
