My suggestions for the various battlers. keep in mind that these descriptions are completely made up. Any resemblance to real people is entirely coincidental.[/disclaimer] Lol. My suggestions are as follows:
Gym leader #1. Name: Seijou (pronounced Seye-joe. Means normal in japanese). Gender: M.
Age: 20-ish. Hair color: Brown. Eye color(if it matters): Brown. Nationality(or which people this character is supposed to take after) Japanese.
Other notes: hair is in a ponytail on the lower back of the head with some loose hair in front. Uses a Bushido-like sense of honor on the battle-field. Talks Frequently about who has the greater honor: you or him... But that's just the job description (He always sounds bored When he talks normal). He wears a Black hakama over a white kimono. Sample line: "And now, we shall have a death-match to see who is more honorable!... Uh, ignore the whole 'death-match' thing in that last sentence".

Other notes: Has a short hairstyle (interpret however you like). Thinks of the battlefield as a place to demonstrate ones intellect. Ends some sentences with ja. Speaks with a german accent. He wears a black leather jacket over a white polo and black jeans. Sample line: "snow has a way of making you think, ja"?

ON"!... Oh, and he's very determined.
