BW/BW2 Pokemon Beta Art Has Similar Figure?

Have you noticed these two images below of pre-releassd pokemon are similar? One is from the beta art and one is from the Bandai figures. What do you think?

Personally, I think this confirms that the second Pokemon revealed with the Bandai figures is real and the Pokemon on the beta art are final.

None taken, and it was late because I was away and when I came back I saw that this wasn't a thread. I just decided to put this up :)
 
Ok some people say it looks like that mantis looking pokemon i agree, i think the two could be apart of a new pseudo evolutionary line.

I'd go with that. They do seem to favor each other. Not sure if it is the psuedo legendary, but I wouldn't mind.
 
I think that he actually does look like the first in a pseudo-legend line, but Ononokosu doesn't look like him (or a pseudo-legend, for that matter)
 
yeah i dont think there is a relatioship between them either. i really dont see that much in common between them
 
Well Dratini and Dragonite weren't that similar, shampoo thief. :)

(Same with Bagon and Salamence)

I thought this as soon as I seen it! It looks like a dragon to me... Maybe a ground/dragon?
In any case, it looks cute and awesome!!
 
i think the small one looks like a dark/dragon type and maybe the first in a pseudo line (just because it looks like larvatar) and i dont think the two pokes are related at all
