Hi, i decided to finally make a POP account, cause i wanted to cheak my rank. But when i tryed, it said they couldn`t find my POP ID because of the age i entered. I went back and re-entered my birthday, to see if i made a mistake, but it still wouldn`t accept my POP ID. I even tryed switching the month and the day around, but nothing would work D:. Is there anyway i can fix this? Do i have to get a new POP ID or something? And if this is the wrong forum, feel free to move this Mods. Please help D:

here`s the exact message i got: Cannot find a Player ID using your date of birth.
 
Did you check the customer service FAQs? It doesn't seem any of the questions match your issue, but you never know.

If the FAQ doesn't help, I'd suggest e-mailing Customer Service. They might be a little busy right now due to Worlds but you should receive a response at some point.
