Ice Arceus and Lucario_aura_wielder, It sounds like this issue is much more than a password recovery issue. If you do not have enough info, ask them what info they need.

The website transition really wasn't that big of a deal for 90% of the people using it. It was advertised at every pokemon website and every league I went to that settings needed to be updated to receive player rewards. Those of you having issues seem to be lacking of a very important life skill: Patience. Understand that you are dealing with human beings, the people at TPCi want nothing more than to help you participate in their program.

Well how is it his fault that is got turned off and how is it my fault that my ussername keeps getting switched and like you said I think that 90% of the people do have problems (wait didn't you say is the other way around) It is quite annoying I bet you could go to every single fan site like this that has over 50 people on it and one at least one would have a problem now or in the past

We use patience on things that we know will not this however is not worth using patience on because it has been many many months since they have fixed problems like this. If they do not have an IP department that is smart enough to answer the questions being asked then the site will epicly fail. I wish that we had the old sit at least it worked. The new site is nice but I it doesn't work in parts of it.

how is it my fault when there is no way to switch it? There are not links or anything that allow me to switch. So pretty much I got screwed out of getting that last set of holo energies.
 
Some usernames got changed when the website moved. You might want to check the faq there. I might be able to answer some of your questions. I log into my account daily, but thats because I'm a Professor and League Leader. You should be checking at least weekly to verify everything is correct because computers aren't perfect, things can happen. The only problem ever had with TPCI was when my old email was no longer accessible and I forgot my password, but I was able to sort it out with TPCI fairly quickly and they fixed my email address on my profile.

@PheonyxXx: When you log into your account there should be three tabs. The one you want is the edit profile tab.
 
MY account has been screwed up since they said you had to verify your account via e-mail and my e-mail had viruses so I got rid of it before the site had changed and now can't verify my account. I have e-mailed them 2 or 3 times and haven't had a response in months and months of trying.Now I have found out that is a special tournament in my area but to qualify you had to compete in at least 3 BR's and without being able to view my account I cannot show them that I did.

obviously, but there is no way to change the player rewards option, it just straight up says no. There is no drop down menu, no choices between yes and no. Just straight up says no. If you want, I can screen shot it to show you. because it is quite irritating.
 
A screen shot would be helpful so I can see what you are seeing. Either put it as an attachment or just upload the image to an image hosting site.

When I go in under my account under the edit Profile tab, it says would you like to participate in player rewards? There is just a checkbox before the question. This may also be of help:

well I'm 21. Obviously I'm over 18 if the original way I found of this issue was I was going over my information due to being denied of taking the professors exam a month after my first crack at it. So idk what the issue is.
 
The best thing you can do is email [email protected] and tell them that it won't let you change your profile to say you would like to participate in Player Rewards. I don't have backdoor access so I can't do it for you.
 
I already have emailed them, not only about the player rewards but also about it denying me from taking the prof. exam. Because the rules say after failing your first time you should be able to take it 2 weeks later, well i waited about a good month. So I had 2 issues to email them about.

If you fail the test the first time you have to wait 2 weeks the third time and the rest you have to wait a month. I know I have heard my dad complaining about it XD

does anybody know how a parent can edit their kids account because my dad needs to edit it and can't do anything to help the problems with my account because he doesn't know how to edit it.
 
First your parent must log into their account. Then there should be a tab for the child's account. You must edit the information from there. I believe username and password is the only thing a parent can't change if my memory serves correctly.~Mark
