Ok a few things:
1/Mega thunderbolt?Come up with a better name.
2/His stats are RIDICULOUS.We cant have anything that high!That is by far stronger than 2 arceus!!
3/Electrolevitate is the same as levitate.
4/This one isn't that much of a problem,but i don't want to see a pikachu blow itself up.

Look at pokemon marriland.com , Look at the data they put for their pokemon.Try and do all that:).
